Fantastic Tour guide and host Although Miguel and his team are based along the road in Lagoa, you will not find a more enthusiastic and dedicated guide company on the Island. Miguel will pretty much do anything for you at any time or place. His rates are very reasonable and Azores Dream Tours stop at local restaurants providing delicious Azorean meals with not a tourist in sight.
Ask to eat with the locals and eat heartily with the locals you will. The icing on the cake was when we jumped out of the mini bus to swim in a thermal pool and it started to rain very hard. I heard Miguel calling out to us as he had run back to the bus to grab umbrellas for each and everyone of us. He kept the museum open late for us and ensured that we saw the waterfall again after closing time. Lovely guy who is absolutely tireless and wonderful company. 10/10 and HIGHLY Recommended. The Guys & Gal from the Tall / Sailing ship.

What an amazing day! Miguel was our guide for the day, and we can’t say enough good things. Our cruise was hours late to arrive, but no problem, Miguel was there waiting for us. He took us everywhere we wanted to see, and threw in a few extra note worthy spots. Highly recommend!
