The tour was excellent — a wonderful way to explore São Miguel with a small, intimate group. The itinerary and pacing were spot-on throughout the day. Our guide, Gonçalo, was truly outstanding — knowledgeable, personable and patient. He had a fantastic eye for pointing out key sites and made sure we didn't miss the best spots and views. He was also incredibly helpful with photos, and his warm energy, humor and personal anecdotes made the experience all the more memorable. We especially appreciated his thoughtfulness at the end of the day — waiting for us at the hotel during drop-off, and ensuring we could collect our belongings before heading into Ponta Delgada for the evening. A lovely personal touch that didn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend this tour!
